Trained at the Jacques Lecoq School of Theatre in Paris, where she completed the two-year professional program (1990-92) and the third pedagogical year (1993-94), specializing in the school's pedagogy.

She has taught stage movement and improvisation at the Teatro de La Abadía in Madrid and the School of Cinematography of the Community of Madrid.

She has been responsible for movement direction and actor training in numerous productions directed by José Luis Gómez, Gerardo Vera, Juan Carlos Pérez de la Fuente, Blanca Portillo, Ernesto Caballero, and Lucas Escobedo, among others.

Since 1996, she has directed her own school in Madrid.
