Since the 1990s, he has navigated between the worlds of Art and Theatre after earning a degree from the University of Fine Arts of Barcelona (UB).
Among other ventures, he worked as an assistant to set designer Montse Amenós and collaborated with Xavier Saló in designing and building stage sets.
Since 2005, he has been designing scenography independently for circus, theatre, music, dance, and object theatre, exploring Scenic Space through poetic ambiguity.
His stage designs have premiered at venues such as Teatre Lliure, Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Mercat de les Flors, Teatro de la Abadía, Teatre Villarroel, Teatre Borràs, L’Auditori de Barcelona, and CaixaForum Madrid.
He has collaborated with artists and directors such as Tamzin Townsend, Oriol Broggi, Paco Mir, Xavier Bobés, Ángel Pavlovsky, Magda Puyo, Jordi Palet, Joan Maria Segura, Manolo Alcántara, Pep Pla, Miquel Gallardo, Pepa Plana, Joan Arqué, Roger Julià, Helena Tornero, Jordi Purtí, Carles Marigó, Ernesto Collado, and Alfonso de Vilallonga.
He has received various awards, both individually and in collaboration with the companies he has worked with. These include the National Circus Award 2021 for Cia. Manolo Alcántara, with whom he has collaborated on four productions, and the National Circus Award 2022 for Cia. Pepa Plana, where he contributed to its last three creations.
