Jesús Irimia studies sound and image engineering at UPM, where he discovers the world of circus. Later, he founds the circus company Círculum, in which he participates as an acrobat, juggler, and musician in festivals and programs such as Umore Azoka, Rototom Sunsplash, Circ al Carrer La Bisbal D'empordá, and Art en Bitrir. In total, he has done six summer tours and over 300 performances.
In 2015, he joined Réplika Teatro, where he completed a three-year diploma in acting. He has trained in acrobatics, Chinese pole, music (guitar and double bass), voice, clowning, and juggling. He has acted in 10 short films, 25 theatre plays, two commercials, and a professional web series. He was the former president and producer of EUCIMA.
He has worked abroad as a clown at Europa Park (Germany); as an actor in Dies Irae by the Italian company Sotterraneoat the BE Festival (Birmingham) and at the C.C Conde Duque in Madrid; as an acrobat in Carmen at the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman; and as an actor and performer in Lo que tiembla y casi danza, a Spanish-Finnish coproduction between Réplika Teatro and Teatteri Quo Vadis.
His latest works are: Adeu by Cía Lucas Escobedo, Crece, a coproduction of CARAMPA and Teatro Circo Price, and lastly, with La Joven, the productions Peter y Wendy premiered at Teatro Circo Price in 2023 and Rebelión en la granja (versión hackeada) at Teatro Real del Retiro in 2024.
